William (Bill) Stetson is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates. With more than 20 years of experience and his LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida, Bill is a uniquely qualified attorney who concentrates his law practice in the areas of estate and trust planning, asset protection planning, and fiduciary and beneficiary representation. Prior to joining our team, Bill served as a Florida Assistant Attorney General in Tallahassee, Florida. His work in private practice took him to the well-known law firms of SNR Denton (formerly Sonnenschein) and Gunster Yoakley. In 2013 he went in-house to serve as a family foundation’s Executive Director and General Counsel.
Bill represents clients in IRS audits, probate and trust litigation, income and transfer tax planning, and estate and trust planningand administration. He has a special aptitude for legacy real estate.
Bill has a love of the outdoors and can often be found fishing, skeet shooting or hunting with his son. He also serves as driver and highly berated “caraoke” DJ for his daughter’s journeys to school.
